I am thrilled to announce I will be racing with Lupus Racing Team for the 2014 season! Lupus Racing Team is a second-year program dedicated to raising awareness for Lupus, the auto-immune disease of its namesake. Lead in 2014 by two national champions, a five-time mengoni winner, and a current TT and RR World Champion, it will focus heavily on pro/1, national level races next season while dedicating itself to the development of the youth of cycling. I have chosen to race with Lupus not only for the cause I will boast on my jersey, but for the opportunity it provides me emerge from the scandal of our past and keep doing what I love. Thank you to Metra/Cycles 54 Cycling Team for three years of invaluable partnership--my coach, family, friends, teammates, and Saving Grace, for helping me to find the strength I never knew I had...until now.
