I am tired of watching news on flood situation in Kaziranga National Park. If the govt and the NGOs were really concerned they could have find out a solution. I dont understand why people simply give importance on the problem rather than finding a solution. During my visit to Kaziranga last year I realized that the problem during flood could be reduced if some artificial(in due course of time it would look natural) hills could be made inside the park. If planned properly those hills will provide shelter and food to the animals as well as the visitors would be able to get good views of the animals when it remains opened for visitors. I dont think for doing that the Govt will face shortage of fund. Only goodwill is enough to start the project. If anyone in my friend list is related to any NGOs that work for conservation of wildlife then please give it a thought and work for the implementation of the idea.
