I am totally a witch without a doubt, but the good ones, I told my roommate (separated husband) that Shakira was either to become or already pregnant in this closing ceremony for the FIFA Brazil; do not ask me why but maybe through all the very aggressive treatment I went through in Uruguay in less than a month on my almost 25 years old, I can tell those things like many others because I have very develop my instincts nor only for nature, persons and business but even for my self to become healthier and equilibrium regarding my mind&soul=spirit=heart &body; so I can lose weight very fast by eating helping and dancing 2 to 3 hours a day even at home watching Youtube videos and avoiding as possible elevators and electrical stairs and going for longer walks getting out of the bus before my bus stop for at least 4 and/or when I am upset for something I walk more like the Whisky commercial keep walking; I can trying myself to recover my muscles specially in my legs by doing what I just mentioned above. And I can take care of my invisible disability by not meditation because I do not have neither the patience nor interest on that but by keeping walking, dancing, writing on Facebook or posting music, or just by simple walking in the grass naked feed (this is the literal translation in Spanish), due to the call weather that is not possible but I hug trees and give five to leaves, yes I am taking metaphorically but nature calm me down and make me feel in equilibrium with my mind-soul (heart or spirit)-body; and there are not colorful pills that can do that magic of our Mother Nature faster and healthier in me. In conclusion I found my own ways to being kept helathy, and yes it took me 19 years and every day is like a surprise box but I keep listen to the right kind of people (specialist doctors) and to go to the natural stores to buy naturals ways to recover short term memory when too many pills are erasing it and even it suppose to let me sleep does not allow me to do so; so I applied my techniques to maintain my mind-soul-body in equilibrium so you can say they are Made in Giovanna Manfrini brain & instincts !!!
