I am totally outraged at the Boise Police Department right now. Never before have I seen a lack of care like this. You people have no problem handing out tickets to regular decent people but when we are threatened by someone crazy in the neighborhood (who has a warrant out and dangerous mental issues, as you explained to me), you wont arrest him? Instead you leave us all here, with him somewhere on the run only to be back by morning (like the last time you let him go)? This is the 4th time! Let me guess... you needed my information so you can bill me for the 911 call? You want to know why people dont like you? Ill tell you, its because you dont do what we pay you to do. Keep us safe. But hey, at least you have your cool cars. So please, by all means, keep on pretending that youre awesome at what you do.
