I am truly beginning to hate my job. The idiots who dont do any work and instead pile it on everyone else are acknowledged, but nothing is done. For example. Yesterday our dept. manager is told by her manager to bring a few boxes of clearance stock out from the back to be put into the open spots on our clearance table. No big deal, right? Said dept. manager proceeds to have someone else drag out all 23 2ft by 3ft boxes of stock piled to the brim (one box has at least 90 items in it) and pull it all out to the floor, before saying she had to leave early and ditching. Her manager later comes by to check on our progress, looks at us like we havent done anything (despite having eliminated 5 boxes) and demanding that we take it all to the back and get it all binned again like it was our fault. Her response to finding out it was dept managers fault? I will see why she made that decision. Nothing will happen. I guarantee it.
