I am trying to come up with some selections for the Junior High Book Club at the Chester County Library. I usually pick three books and have the boys and girls vote on one. So far, over the last two years, we have read The Hunger Games, The Book Thief, Enders Game, and The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman (our meetings are a little sporadic since there is not enough of me to go around). Does anyone have any suggestions for this age group? I would love to read and discuss Farheinheit 451 and I have brought this book up a couple of times, but they have not yet picked it. Thanks to this page, I was able to suggest Enders Game which everyone really liked and, ironically, we read it right before the movie came out.
