I am trying to find a post by Natasha Rough regarding ROAR and my service but cant seem to find it or open a link to the post. This is part of the post: Ive been with Jaqui at Roar and honestly to me it felt like she took my money then forgot about me. There was no personal contact at all. Not sure what I am looking for exactly, some guidance, some support. It is very bad taste to talk about someone and not give them the opportunity to comment. I have all the email communication between me and Natasha including the sent mail with her plan which I did for her. I have 100s of clients and I cannot follow-up with each and everyone of them. I certainly do not JUST TAKE PEOPLES money and then forget about them and I am VERY upset that someone would accuse me of this. After sending her her plan and answering a list of questions after she received it I never heard from her again. Natasha never contacted me for a follow-up or to let me know how she was coping with the nutrition like I ask EVERY ONE of my clients to do. I give everyone my cell no and all my clients know that you can whatsapp of phone me ANY time for advice and support. I do have her contact number however and will be contacting her shortly. ALL my clients are special to me and my response time to emails is no longer than 2 days and whatsapps a few hours. Just thought Id clear this up....
