I am utterly amazed, appalled and disgusted by the actions taken by someone who happens to be in a supervisor position I gave her the benefit of the doubt after she fired a excellent Cna but now she has gone to far! Everyone is so concerned about drug testing in the workplace but tonight made it blatantly clear that psyche evaluations need to be mandatory for that type of position. Not only for the safety of the residents but to protect employees who are just doing their job! Idk how I can continue to work for a person that I lost all respect for so I am definitely looking for a new position so if you know anyone who is hiring please let me know!!!
