I am very much astonished by the funniest actuation of some people claiming to have scholarly completed, with flying colors, their higher educations from prestigious colleges and universities: lawyers, doctors, engineers, educators, master and doctorate degrees, and others who knowingly allow their minds to be completely and continuously under the dominion of traditions. A lawyer, for example, praying to graven images and asking guidance for the cases he handles, doesnt even care spending a while to make sure if the same could hear and see him. A doctor of medicine whose main concern is for the health maintenance and, specifically, the protection and saving of life, prays to a lifeless image, A PhD holder seriously praying to many graven images has totally forgotten the important lessons he learned in logic, a branch of philosophy, where correct thinking teaches us to do only the correct things; hence, praying to lifeless images and statues makes one unworthy of the title of Doctor.of Philosophy. An educator who is so proud of his/her profession is always remembered by the students whether or not they learned only the truth. The teacher, therefore, plays a vital role in opening the road of the true wisdom for the students. But, how could he/she be able to accomplish it if, in the first place, he/she tightly embraces the influence of tradition, worthless of truth and teaching nothing but fictions. Education in such case has been defeated by wrong traditions. When and when will you educate the students?. . . God bless us all.
