I am very upset. Yesterday my daughter and my great grandson were attacked. They were waiting to cross the road at the lights by the seasons house, When a native lady and a man decided they should attack her. The lady threw a beer can at them, getting beer on them both. Then some man got involved with a cane, they were calling my great grandson and my daughter dirty names. My daughter called the police, which was a waste of time, They never did a god damn thing. My daughter pointed out the women to the cops, but he said he didnt see her. So she told the cops, that she would handle it herself as they sure the hell werent doing anything. They told her she would be arrested, she said of course I am white and thats why youre doing anything. When are the police going to do their job?. The season house is a waste of money. They are using it for the natives and not for what it was suppose to be used for, which it is to be used for the people traveling/in Quesnel that have nowhere to go. I am sick of the shit that goes on at that corner and on the bridge. My poor great grandson was scared to death. The Natives are really tough when they are attacking people. I am so mad at the police for doing nothing, isnt that theyre job to protect the people of Quesnel? A job that isnt being completed.
