So I can get depressed like the rest of the world ..i am going through some major changes, some big losses, and life lessons. All anybody can do is be a little patient with me as I go through this ...not make me all better..I cant handle way down in the dumps ....at all. Doesnt work for me .....so I gotta remind myself not to allow that to happen. And get back up brush myself off, learn from my mistakes or failures move forward with a better ubderstanding of myself and the world around me. Now I didnt say I am good at this. Not so much.
