I am writing this letter to thank you for the excellent service that we received today. Our hot water expired first thing this morning and a plumber was dispatched immediately. Your quick response and Richard Williams excellent work was a big relief and allow me to salvage the rest of my work day. Thank you very much. Richard Williams has always be courteous, professional, and a very nice gentleman. He continues to be an excellent representative for Baker and Sons!
