Open Letter to all ePinoyload Members: ePinoyload is still a startup company in its infancy and we do have limited resources. Our tentative launch is January 2014. For now, we expect a bit of patience and tactfulness whenever you raise a concern. We cannot give you all of our time, nor can we reply to all of your emails (so make sure that they are as short and complete as possible). We rather dislike emails, where members act as if they are the owners of the system, or they act as if the world owes them something, or act as if we need them. In principle we do, but we do not want to do business with these kinds of people. (People who are unwanted, can get their accounts suspended, membership revoked, or if they still have a maintaining balance, given a deadline to consume it before their suspension) So let me just clarify, Netplay owns the ePinoyload application, its services, accounts, wallets, members, products, websites etc.. as a member you are here to help us sell our products (not order us around), and it is in our best interest that we give you the best service/products (but we cannot give you all of our time) so if you are lost within the system, use a bit of common sense. And we are truly working 24/7 in building and adding new products. So we ask that you respect our time, and be a little bit patient. So when you raise a concern, make it sound like a suggestion. If its a problem with your balance or transactions, we take these concerns very seriously. You can raise them as much as you want to our call center. Thanks August 7, 2013. Attention all Traders: if you try to register and sell your registered sim cards to someone else. The Seller and Buyer will be banned for life, in addition to having your balance forfeited and your account blocked. All retailers, sub-traders under your network will no longer be qualified for trader protection and can deal with epinoyload directly. Traders who will report these illegal activities can also benefit for the movement of the existing network of other traders. You are also responsible for the activities of your sub-traders. Be warned.
