I apologize for this post but feel the need to say something. There are a few running around the differnet group pages on Facebook trying to smear my name. I wanted to clear the air and repond. I hope to be able to reach a large number of you. topcutbreaks/pages/rules A few months ago a gentleman bought into one of my breaks. HE WILL REMAIN NAMELESS I will not join the smear parade. He had the ATLANTA BRAVES. A Warren Spahn card came out of the box. On the card there was a HUGE letter M because Warren Spahn played for the MILWAUKEE BRAVES. In this situation as our rules state and are attached to this post. If there is a retired player and a TEAM is represented it goes to the team. IF the team no longer exists but there is a team currently in that city it goes to the city. SO the card went to the person whom had MILWAUKEE. See in our opinion CITIES never relocate. FRANCHISES DO but when they do that team CEASES TO EXIST. For example the old Cleveland Browns are not now the BALTIMORE RAVENS. And if you pulled a JIM BROWN auto it would not go to Baltimore it would go to the NEW Cleveland Browns. We have always followed these rules and will consistantly do so. To make matters worse in this situation the customer that hit the card was Aaron Crowell whom is the 12 year old who stole his mothers credit card. After discovering this (days later) I would have much rather it went to the other gentleman as of course it would have solved that problem and this current one. I have also now been accused of stealing cards from the Breaks. PLEASE! The break in question is form last Friday and is archived on my site. The accuser is saying I take cards off camera and replace with different cards. And that it is obvious because there is no way a box has 2 redemtion cards, and that one of the redemption cards which we said is a 1/1 was also previously sold on ebay. 1st boxes do and can have 2 redemption cards. 2 I would have to be a complete moron to replace any card out of that box with a WILLIE MAYS redemption card or a TED WILLIAMS 1/1 redemption card (both autos). And the fact that he says I already redeemed them is completly false. And will 100% be known the second the customers receive their cards. This hobby unfortunatley is full of scams and snakes I am proud to say that I am on the GOOD side and always will be.
