I applaud the military/CIA capture of al-Qaeda leader Al-Liby, but as usual Obama & Eric Holder screw everything up by giving orders to try him in New York Federal Court instead of keeping him in military custody and adjudicating him as the high level military combatant he is in the US Military Court system.
