I applied for a writers retreat/fellowship for the 2 year on a row. This time they called my writing a worthwhile effort and offered me a spot as an alternate. I have to say, Im insulted. Im was reluctant to apply again but some places encouraged me to go for it. My intuition has been telling me thst this isnt the org/program for me. Not sure what Ill decide but learning towards saying thank but no thanks. I was only up against 26 other ppl! Please, my writing is better than a worthwhile effort.
