I appreciate that this is an organic product, but the flavor just isnt that amazing to me. The sauce is too sweet and manages to be too acidic at times. The vegan ricotta is very mild, and the pasta shell is unmemorable. If you have a need for frozen dinners, this is a better choice than commercial products with sketchy ingredients. But Amys frozen products usually are tasty and are very easy to find at grocery stores. I had to get this product from veganessentials.
