I been going to lifetime pharmacy in West Seneca for over 15 yrs. Wonderful group of people who found out before Christmas their closing! I found out today when I went to fill a script! They didnt have the decency to let the patriots know, send out a letter to the people? I left there for physician care long time ago. I wanted more of a personal care setting instead of a clinic, however kept them as my pharmacy. Now good thing I had to fill a script today, I never would have known. The companies reasoning is they rent the building. Just before Christmas you tell your techs, dr.s, nurses,pharmacy and janitorial employees that The end of January you are all finished?!?! Beware Hamburg, Amherst, Down Town you may be next regardless of the reassurance they tell you. Remember, these employees and patriots, was sprung on them! I Feel so bad for the elderly patients who have been going there for years and all the workers, my heart goes out to them. I truly think Obamacare has a lot to do with it, socialized medicine! Too many jobs are being lost in the medical field. Kaleida health, transcriptionist all throughout, The Catholic health system has been downsized. Mind you with more pressure on the Doctors to do secretarial work as well and spending less time with the patients. Insurance companies tell them 15 minutes per patients.
