I believe in God because of real evidence that I see. I normally to not discuss my beliefs and for whatever reason I feel like putting them out there now. Things in the World and in the Universe seem to repeat themselves at various levels. Atoms look like planets orbiting around the Sun, animals have hearts and organs like other creatures do. There are billions of creatures that have mental capacities well below ours and many of those creatures do not even know we exist. There are bugs, germs and single cells that have life. This is evidence of higher and lower levels of existence. We are creative beings that make decisions that have nothing to do with chemical reactions and other scientific facts. I choose to take a humble stance and not rule out the possibility of the existence a being with a much greater capacity in every regard as in mental, physical, emotional and having a superior intelligence over humans. Why would I not believe that there is God superior to us who creates and who moves the Universe? I can look at the ants or smaller creatures under a microscope and they may not even know I am there. Why then could there not be a superior being in that image looking down at us as we are not aware or as we choose not to be aware? Nature repeats itself at different levels. Our bodies even produce and dispose of millions of cells and germs each day. Why is is so hard to believe in such a superior intelligence when we have so much evidence of superior physical attributes that many animals have over and above ours? There are animals that can stalk us and we would not even know that they are there. There are germs and various other forms of life floating in front of our faces and we do not sense them nor do millions of those life forms sense us. Living things gather and create more life. Living things take things that are not alive and transform them into life. We are creative and so I believe in the possibility of a much superior being God who has much higher creative abilities and who is near to our image and to our desires.
