I believe in the power of prayer and I am asking for prayers for my friend, Jim Sturges from all of my FB friends. He just retired from a long career in law enforcement. I worked with him some years back. A really wonderful guy! Jim is in the Hospital in Phoenix Az. He has had a chemical burn reaction to soap, complicated by his diabetes. He is due in surgery Monday afternoon, where they will possibly remove his right foot above his ankle. As well as his big toe on his left foot. There is a small chance that it wont be that bad once they get in there. Jim is doing well and his spirits are high. I will update this post as information is received. Please pray for our friend....and his family during this challenging time. Thanks!
