I believe it is a travesty of justice that the evidence against the friend was not allowed to be heard by the jury. How can you possibly convict someone of murder without allowing contradictory evidence to be heard? What country are we living in? Also, if all Mr Farias witnesses were lying for him, why havent they been charged with crimes? I hope he gets out soon on appeal and that the state has to pay through the nose for railroading him.
