I believe physical training is the optimal way to improve certain mental traits. (Focus, toughness etc.) But is it possible to use physical training to improve spiritually? Emotionally? energetically? In your ability to project your will outside the physical?...I believe it is because all those areas are connected but for it to work it must be done purposefully. Yet when done purposefully it is extremely powerful for change/improvement because in this way all factors are working together for the greatest effect.
