The video was taken from the back balcony at my moms clinic, Khemaratt Health Care Clinic, Thukha Road, Lashio, Myanmar around 7:58 pm last night, August 29th 2014. If you are from Lashio, you will know that there was a heavy rain here last night. It was before the rain and there were a lot of lightings in the sky. It was all dark and no stars above and I looked up. And then I saw a red lighted object flying up and down over the hill of Seikta Thukha Pagoda from the balcony. It was really amazing and I took my phone off from my pocket and captured it. A few seconds later, it was disappeared out of nowhere.
