I bought a washer at best buy five weeks ago it is new style one with out middle piece (aggitated) and I have to wash cloths twice to get clean . So I called Best Buy and they tell me that I have to have to have geek squad come look at it the guy shows this am right at the door he says I believe York using to much soap I said no I know how to measure soap he looks at machine that I had running as I started it to show him it does not clean and he says yup to much soap try cutting back on soap I said no it is not he said yes it is that so I reCh in wet washer full of water and pulled out dropping wet towels abot three threw them on floor in said look there not clean I that had two small puppys blankets that had pee and poop stains still dirty but wringing wet and said this is not cleaning in a not so friendly voice . He said I will do a report stating you use to much soap so I said if you pay $17.00 a gallon for gas would you drive to site see he said no I said well thats the same with soap my tide is so costly I wont over use it. He than left and was sitting in van for twenty minutes and I went up to see if he is ok he said his meter wont work as when I threw wet cloths on floor water splashed on his meter I said well your better off than me as meter only cost 100 my washer is a thousand and it dont work also so he said try washing with out soap. I am so upset now
