I bought an Asus laptop 2 months ago from Futureshop. A few weeks ago the left click button started sticking down refusing to release the scroll bar or the button pushed. I backed up everything to an external drive in preparation to return the laptop. Surprise! Futureshop only takes returns for 30 days. I guess its not reasonable to expect a laptop to last more than 30 days. I contacted Asus. They will repair it as long as I package it and ship it to them at my expense. Ill save you the rant. I will say that this has been an expensive lesson. Ill transfer everything to a new Mac. Its expensive but Apple stands behind their products and cares about customer satisfaction.
