I bought these Skechers for little man, for school, theyre the Magic Lights. They started falling apart after a week of wearing them. I called the company, their customer service was horrible, they were VERY rude. The woman tells me that I need to mail them the defective shoes, theyll decide if it was a manufacture failure, then exchange the shoes. The whole process would take six to eight weeks. I asked what the kid was suppose to wear in the meantime, they stated I could go buy another pair, WTH???? I basically told them to F off, went and got the kid a pair of Nikes instead! Terrible workmanship with the shoes, and probably worse customer service, I would NEVER recommend that company for anything!!!!
