I brought Grammy Pepper home today about 4 oclock after her - TopicsExpress

I brought Grammy Pepper home today about 4 oclock after her surgery this morning to extract 8 back/side teeth. She did good and there were no complications. She was given Metacam for pain at the vets. They sent me home with another bottle of Clindamycin for her. I asked the vet if I could have more Metacam for her for pain and he said she wont need it. I hope hes right. Peppers sweet little face and chin is all swollen. She came home and woofed down a half can of warm AD. Im SO glad she ate! I snuggled with her for awhile, but she wanted to go lay on her warm heating pad to sleep. My sweet little lady. I have to take her for a follow up next Monday afternoon. Dr. Ramsey said if theres still inflammation then, hell put her on Prednisolone. Thank you for all your prayers and healing wishes for her. Keep them coming as shes gonna have a rough couple of days.
