I called Metro this morning, about 10am, on a young feller that approached me as I was sitting on my porch. Red tee shirt, jeans. Came right up on the porch and made himself to home beside me on my glider. Pulled out some photo ID from some outfit like World Cash Giveaway. I asked him if he had a city permit and he said this gave him permission to go around. I explained that it did not and to come back when he had a city permit. He left and went to a neighbors house, but not every house on the street. I thought this strange because if you are selling something, you go door to door, not selectively. It was then I thought I had better report it. The gal i talked to asked if he was black, so evidently, they had gotten calls on him already. Highlawn area. Just watch yourself.
