I came to know the "Dragon Fruit" when living in Abu Dhabi. I was attracted to the fuchsia colour of it and exotic origin of Thailand. It comes in a few colours and the most aromatic one is the orange colour one. The one with white segment is very juicy and thirst quenching and is an ideal fruit when living in a hot climate but of no taste ! Funnily enough I added some salt to it and it brought out the true taste out. Worth trying :-)
