I came up with a new term for an old idea today, very exciting and I just think it could work. Anyway, you heard it here first. I always balk at the terms Greater Self or Higher Self, because they seem to indicate 1) a separation of the self, and 2) a value judgment of the self. As in one is better than the other. So, the term I came up with is the Super-Consciousness. I know, I know, at first blush, it sounds like the psychological term super-ego, or Super Man, but give it a moment and consider this: it seems to make Normal Consciousness now a subset, if you will, of the Super-Consciousness. I think it reduces the idea of a separation. Were all used to the idea of say, Unleaded and Super Unleaded, right? Theyre both gas, but one is typical, and one is, well, Super! I think this is a better term for the idea of the Broader Aspect of our self. And broader is a very good term as well, but Broader Consciousness is not as catchy. ;) Were all used to this talk of blending as part of the Shift. The End Game in all of this is to bring more of the Super-Consciousness to bear upon our physical experience. In other words, we are broadening our perspective, and allowing more data to be part of our experience, and we are physiologically changing ourselves to allow for a greater amount of energy to project through our physical bodies into the physical experience. So its really like an upgrade, in computer terms. We are evolving, physically, and energetically. We are building a new model from the inside out. Eventually, we will all operate as in a higher level of blending with our Super-Consciousness. Like going from from the Beetle to a Mercedes. There are people NOW who have begun to allow their Consciousnesses and Bodies to work together to practice this feat. It is a trick to allow that much energy to flow through you. It will take practice and fits and starts. But what we will find is that we can connect with our Super-Consioucnsess and bring it in, so to speak, to our traditionally ego-based experience. And there is nothing tried and true about this process. This is a first... and we are learning how to do this on both ends of the spectrum, in physical AND non-physical. The trick is trusting enough to allow our ego self to move aside, as it were. To sit back and relax, take the hands off the wheel. This is VERY different than anything were used to. The Ego has been in the driver seat for a very long time. It inherently doesnt trust that which it doesnt control. This is our work, and it begins with massaging the ego. Giving over to trust, to faith that the Big U has our back. That it really is in our corner, even though we are inundated from everywhere with the idea that nothing is within our control, and everything is out to get us. This is the work. Beliefs about what can and cannot be. The best advice I can give is to go into your heart space. Feel that inherent knowledge that you are loved, cared for, adored. Feel your connection to all other beings, to the Earth, to the other species, to the water, the wind, to Space, to the Stars and Planets, to the empty space around you. FEEL within you the way you are, and always have been couched in the love of a Universe that IS you. Once you begin to understand the wonder of the miracle that is the Universe that you exist in, the life that you are undertaking, you are starting to glimpse the vastness of a Creator that exists within you, and supports you, and everything else, all timelines, all worlds, All-That-Is, all at once. Now, you are ready to let it go, to trust, to know love, to know yourself. Now, you are an open vessel, and you will not be disappointed. Enjoy the journey, let go of the wheel. We got this.
