I can finally sleep as long as I want and Im still up at 10:30 after only a few hours of sleep. Had the chance to go to bed early last night after another successful music festival weekend and of course we went out haha. The amount of feedback we are getting about The Tiddly when we are out in town is crazy. Loving it. Thank you everyone for all your kind words & support. Thank you to Team Tiddly for working so incredibly hard this weekend ESPECIALLY Sabrina Palassa for working on her birthday and then the day after as well. Thank you to the family for always lending a helping hand, including the Australian Bakers who have travelled so far to be here and are still doing whatever they can to help out on their holiday. I love that Asti doesnt want to take his Team Tiddly shirt off. Phyllis Oostermeijers pork rolls sold out on both days and it is wonderful to see so many of Aad Oostermeijers photos being shared in my newsfeed. A BIG thank you to all of the extremely talented performers that played at The Tiddly this weekend and Musicians World for letting us use the beautiful stage. You all have been so supportive in us making this pub a success. Matt & I started this pub... this dream... with nothing. To have watched it grow into the success of the festival we had this weekend is incredible and affirming. It has always been frustrating for me to feel like I can do amazing things and not ever feel like I am actually living up to that feeling. For the first time in my life, I finally feel like I am doing something. This is only the beginning. I will continue to push myself to be more and do more. This is just proving that the gut feeling Ive had since I was a child, is attainable... That I can do big things...That I will do amazing things, ALL OF WHICH is happening right now because I have a partner who thinks and works the same as I do. We both have the same goals, we both have the same gut feelings, we both work, live, love & do what we gotta do to reach our goals. To have a husband who I look up to and respect so much, while watching him perform and work is so much more than I ever thought being married would be like. I loved seeing Matt Baker hosting on the Radio Pembrokeshire stage at the County Show this week and then again at the Tiddly Festival. He is meant to be on stage and it so overwhelmingly beautiful to watch someone doing what they are meant to do. I am so proud when I see people come up to him and compliment him on all he is doing. He deserves it. I love that I found someone that believes in performing for the people and not for himself. We are servants to our listeners and customers. We do what we do to give people a gOOd time, to be happy, to feel loved, to feel special. It sounds cheesy, but its true. One more big thank you to BAR MANAGER, Joseph Couceiro for running back and forth between Matt and I to do whatever we are asking of him. There were several times when we were both calling on him from different places and he somehow manages to get everything done. Your hard work is appreciated so much more than you know. Ok, I am off to get ready for 3 days of training in Milton Keynes with Yamaha to teach lil ones about music. From one thing to the next. Back to school next week. Life just keeps gettin better :)
