I can not believe the amount of people I am seeing all over Facebook blaming tonights loss on either Don Mattingly or Brandon League or Justin Turner. Mattingly was forced to bring in Rojas because of the injury to Ramirez and in a key situation had Ethier pinch hit for Rojas in order to get the lead. Turner has handled short well this season up until that 7th inning so Mattingly was confident in using him again. League didnt create the 3 consecutive miss-plays by Turner including the first miss play that would have resulted in an inning ending double play with no runs scoring. Turner had a rough night. It happens. Hes been an extremely valuable asset to this ball club. Games like this happen sometimes. If you want to assign blame go ahead but we at DLD are just going to move on and enjoy the fact that even though we lost tonight the hated ones lost as well and we are still 3 1/2 games up in the division. We have Greinke on the mound tomorrow and Kershaw on the mound Sunday. I have a feeling we will still win this series. -Eric aka The Boss
