I can remember attempting a bodyweight squat at university about 5 years ago and barely being able to lift the bar out of the rack, let alone start to do a single squat with it. For this months BWL Strength and Power Series challenge I had to do as many body weight squats as I could in 60 seconds and managed 17 (nearly 18!). Its even my second attempt after the lovely Mark Batchelor failed in his timing duties first time around...
