I can thankfully say that a Miracle has taken place in my life. August 1st of 2014 marked a year since Gods time for lending my husband to myself, his children and the rest of his family and friends ended. I say its a Miracle because you could not have made me believe a year ago that my heart would have began to form a scab. Its FAR from healed but I can at least make it through a few hours without the hopeless heaviness that I used to wear like a blanket. The pain is still unbearable at times. Just today I heard the door open and for a fleeting moment I thought it was him. To those of you who have just started your journey to healing after losing a Loved One I reach back my hand to pull you along. If you would, imagine my hand in your mind and look inside of it, what do you see? Nothing. You see nothing because I have nothing to offer you on this journey. This is a very personal journey so youre going to have to find your own way; but my hand before you symbolizes that I am going through the heartbreak of losing a loved one and Im ahead of you so hopefully that will encourage you to believe that you can make it too. *Keep waking up each day and time will take care of the rest.*
