I cannot begin to fully understand the pain and outrage of the African American communities across the US in response to the decision reached by the grand jury in the Brown case. I stand united with you and I support you in your outrage. I will say this - protest your asses off, scream, yell, yell in police offices faces, sit down and refuse to move in protest - whatever you need to do to express your emotions. But looting private individuals stores for beer and coffee? Tagging? Breaking and setting fire to shit? Shutting down an entire freeway - stopping citizens, many of whom feel just like you do, from getting home or to work? You arent making a point doing these things other than - youre an asshole yourself. Your beef isnt with the citizens and business owners of these cities, necessarily. My guess is that none of you knew these business owners and you certainly didnt know all of whom you prevented from getting on with their night on the freeways. This post is only to the hoodlums that repeatedly try to destroy our City and other cities nationwide when news of racially charged and motivated injustices occur. You suck. You add nothing to this movement. Actually, you are a detriment to it. I welcome any comments to the contrary to open a dialogue for better understanding. I recommend reading the comment below and adding to them.
