I cannot believe all of the young women I work with at the drop of a hat call in sick. We had an epidemic of it over the last several days. My roommate has been seriously ill over the last several months and continues to be and she has rarely calls in sick. We need the three paychecks in our household to make things work. So the ethic that we get from these young ladies is very substandard. And it is very unfair to expect fellow coworkers who are older to have to double or triple the pace in order for the work to get done. Sermon is done! Tough love is coming.
