I cannot believe the resilience it takes to take care of your kids medical needs! I feel like Im working my butt off trying to make sure they have what the need (appointments, prescriptions, insurance etc) and person after person has talked down to me and sent me on to call someone else (and stay on hold for 20 minutes +). These two days have been hard! Pray that I can finally talk to a kind and helpful person.
