I cant tell you how fascinating I find it when folks post things about how business owners should be running their businesses. This from folks who have never met payroll, never made investment of their own money into equipment, never been personally responsible for employees ability to earn a living, never invested their life savings into a business, never been responsible to make sure taxes are paid on time, never gone to a bank looking for a business loan and in many cases have never even managed people...... But they have all of the brilliant ideas on how businesses should invest, pay their people more money, hours they should keep, how much they should pay in taxes, how much they should give to charity, how much they should spend on this or that...... always fascinating to hear.... I would think it is somewhat like a pilot listening to me on how to land a plane in bad weather....... just fascinating to listen to.....
