I can’t tell you how many times I hear friends, family, and acquaintances say that they cannot do this, that or the other because they don’t have time. I also see them rushed, harried and generally flustered because of their perception that they don’t have enough time. The real truth is this…you have nothing but time. Time is our most plentiful and precious resource. We each get 86,400 seconds every single day. Nobody gets more…nobody gets less. The real issue is not how much you have but how you choose to use it. If you were to decide what the real priorities in your life are…those things that move you the closest to becoming who you want to be…your main goals and objectives…those things that bring you the greatest sense of satisfaction…these are the “elephants” in your life. If you decided today to identify your “elephants”, and then you decided to use your time hunting only “elephants”, your life would change in an instant. You can always choose to play with the “rabbits” and “squirrels” when you have bagged your elephants. You will find that not only do you have enough time, you will have more money and more satisfaction because you chose to invest your time by constantly pursuing the “elephants” in your life.
