I completed an application to work for twitch tv as a partnerships associate. If you dont know what partnerships or twitch are.... Twitch tv is a streaming service, where gamers can share games they play via streaming video to their own channel. Where people all over the world can come to watch you stream your favorite games. Getting partnered is one of the hardest things on twitch, and what it means is instead of a normal streamer that gets quality options (allowing stream to be viewed on mobile devices etc) is you get a subscription button, where people can pay a certain amount of money (usually $4.99) to subscribe to the channel, half usually goes to twitch and half to the streamer, but donations always go to the streamer, and its just a way to show support for your favorite streamers/gamers. What ill be doing is managing WHO gets partnered, as well as a few other things. If i get it, its also paid, I dont know how much, but Im speaking to a few people who work in the position. Im rather excited to get it, but even if i dont... gotta have a backup plan just incase.
