I concur with Whoopi. However, if the opportunity arise to retaliate.... You do have other options besides violence. Moreover, when pain is inflicted dont expect for ppl to make rational decisions. Pain, illness, and disease affect the way we process thoughts. If you are able to tap into that place of walking away, restraining the person, etc. more power to you! But ladies dont expect every man to be that self controlled! Come on, You know how we are!!! Dont you think we are just getting a little too belligerent and literally spinning out of control at times~ esp when we resort to fighting men! Im not at all insinuating that we should not defend ourselves or allow others to violate or abuse us. No, not at all. Listen, I have two sons and they are perfectly respectful gentlemen but if you slap, punch, kick or use any inappropriate behavior towards them.... You just may get a spontaneous reaction-- And perhaps Not the sympathy you expected! Heres the thing! You cant control people and definitely not a man. To do so otherwise would be called-- wickedness! Ive been there.... Done that! I know its difficult, especially after betrayal or a wrongful act. However, violent tendencies wont change the way that person truly feels about you .... It will only flip the script and make you look like the culprit.
