I congratulate all teachers,police officers and cadets who worked hard to make celebration of SPC day 2014 a grand success.This year ,contrary to previous years, SPC day was celebrated in all districts in befitting manner. At this juncture I would like to remind all of you that We are on the path of chasing a great dream,envisioning a dream India in which all Indians follow a responsible behavior,all Indians realize , explore and utilize their potentials in productive manner .no doubts if all Indians with great dreams behave like this,Indians will be looked up on by the rest of the world for guidance and inspirations.Yes, we will be able to realize this great great dream at least since 2025.To realize our dream we must work hard and smart in coming days.once again my best wishes and congratulations to all of you
