I conquered the BEAST.. It almost got me several times.. At the beginning I feel flat in my back from an 8 foot horizontal telephone pole.. Knocked the wind out of me but I am ok..... I have to say, that was the most difficult physical experience! I didnt realize how the terrain is so hilly.. Almost mountainous.. We started at 8:45 and finished around 2:00 pm in 105 degree heat.. It was amazing but killer.. I have never pushed myself that hard.. Even with the obstacles...pulling 175 lb sandbags 25 feet high.. All sorts of crazy stuff.. I am so happy I got to do it with my Krav Maga Unyted team..woo hoo!!!!.. On a high!!!.. Dont say you cant do it.. You CAN!!!
