I consider my jewellery to be reasonably priced. I choose to sell them this way. Why? Well today is a prime example. A young mum sent me a message wanting to purchase a pendant for her Mum who has always been there for her, and she asked if she could lay-by it ( which was absolutely fine) I told her the pendant design she wanted would be $30. She was flabberdghasted and replied that she could afford that without having to lay-by it and that she imagined that it would be twice the price. I hear that often. Instead of putting large margins on my work, I choose to keep them affordable for everyone. I feel really happy and assured of my decision today that a Daughter could give a give of love and appreciation to her Mum, without having to affect her budget to much.
