I convey this on my own accord.. I think its not new to us that happened recently to Arunachal Student who was hit with sticks by 7/8 men in Delhi...Apart from this incident,even from the past 1/2/3 etc years back,these types of incident happened yet the cases and the value of ones life is still given a BIG negligence by either a govt or Students Bodies....Why..?Is it due to fact that the victims are NE India and they appears like that of Chinese or Japanese ,..? I have came across and i believed we are in a democratic state,65 years of Independence... But still the Capital City of India peoples are still acting like a moron jerk,possessing a ridiculous minded..? How far have we read about India as a Unity and diversity,as a Secular state,etc... Can anyone says something to this....Im in fact NE.I am here coz i see UPSC aspirants might have a vast idea regarding the soln to this... Why it happened..?Why do Mainland Indian still cannot identified peoples form NE india over Foreigner-Chinese,japanese..?And why do such act still prevails.,...? Who is responsible to this incident..?? Thanks
