I could barely believe what my son was telling me, and when he repeated it I saw RED. He is doing Cert II animal care at Orange Tafe and one of the Instructors (and I use the term loosely), told the class that the way to make money in a pet shop is to sell lots of animals - that he used to own a pet shop in Bathurst and made heaps of money selling designer puppies such as Malty/shitz cross. My son said the instructor said to not sell stuff but to sell animals.!!!! Wow - did I have a lot to say to my son, although i was preaching to the converted because my sons two dogs are saves. How can we get the message across about adopt, dont shop, when there are CRETINS, like that teaching at Tafe. Here endeth the first rant. :)
