I could not be more pissed off right now at Sears. They hire some of the dumbest people I have ever seen or worked with. I have had the worst experience with them trying to get appliances for my and Chelsea Deel new home. I have tried now 4 times to get the appliances we wanted. The first problem was quality control. Ok, I understand that, things happen. However, we go back into the Sears Appliance Select Center to choose a second set of appliances. Those got canceled becuase of a filing that Sears had. Then I speak with the Appliance Select Center they are going to fix it all and going to deliver our appliances as of Monday (last Monday) I thought this was great. However, I get a call they delivered the appliances, just not the ones we wanted. Then they say we will fix it. They were supposed to deliver the correct refrigerator today between 2-4 o-clock. I get a call they showed up at 5:10. I called Chelsea she drove over as fast as she could and as she was pulling in they left. I am so sick and tired of SEARS I can not tell you. Do not go with them, use someone the heck else. Just word of advice.
