I could not say know to this gorgeous cotton knit dress from Saville Row on KWR, & at only $49 it was definitely a must have : ) Its joined my winter capsule wardrobe perfectly & Ill be bringing it into spring also - a great investment!! Horizontal stripes/patterns can be difficult to wear, but a longer item such as my dress will actually elongated rather than shorten & widen. It acts more like a ladder or vertical line taking the eye up & down, rather than a fence which would take the eyes side to side. When the colours of the horizontal design are mostly low contrast and patterned this also helps to keep the eye moving up and not rest on any one stripe. The size of the horizontal stripes vary from small to medium which match my body scale. The brown tights are my hair colour, so this also brings the eye up to my face further giving the illusion l am taller than l really am!!
