I created the antithesis of the perfect party dish yesterday. It was a somewhere between a spicy ceviche and a salpicon made with scallops and sole. So, it had shellfish, which some people cant eat. It had raw ingredients which some people wont eat. It was quite spicy, which some people dont like. And it had cilantro, again, which some people dont like, and raw onion. So between all of those, I think I managed to narrow down the field of about 40 people down to just one person who would eat it: me. I enjoyed it. Still have some in the fridge.
