the poor are ripped off- predjuice n discrimination against them when they are told-being made to pay the same heavy fine as the amount medium n semi rich or rich pay for that same braking-for braking any law= n poor where ripped off in the 1st place not being allowed ok close to average pay n ripped of cause there is not fair 1st second 3rd degree braking n fines to fit the brakings,,if fine all the same u should allow all to reach n be at ok average most of their life or u are predjudice descriminating stealing destroying their life n then more m more when u make em and all when u make em pay heavy fine for minor of medium braking of a law n screwing them when u make em pay flat out heavy fine for braking minimum or medium version= if people are not treated equal in the 1st place in many-to most important parts of life-things-ways in life u are not punishing all the same =not enforcing the law the same for all n if u pic on one poor n not all braking that same law u are not enforcing the law the same for all in another level-way-amount,,taking the same amount rather then perportionate to what they make is predjudice n discrimination= so u may as well let all be at about the same level of land $ materialism to ever claim u are being fair to people= so start with education up to 9th grade in all the world with relationship n job training in there to get n do an ok job at most jobs n get ok pay from there too
